The kind of training I would like to try
I was going our my front door Monday morning and ran into my neighbor named Neal. Neal and I have been neighbors for the past seven months and have talked on occasion. On this occasion while we spoke I came to find out that Neal had been involved in some mma fitness and training. This interested me because I have been wanting to get into better shape. The biggest problem I have is the fact I work about sixty hours a week and I never seem to have enough time to do much of anything else. I really want to change this fact.
