The controversy surrounding barefoot running
Going for a run can be described as popularly accepted exercise with regard to health and fitness, for getting ready to participate in additional physical activities and as a competitive sport alone. The only equipment that the jogger used to really need has been a great pair of running shoes. At the very least that is what was traditionally thought. Increased interest has been paid to the concept of barefoot running and its getting additional awareness in the news media. Plenty of statements for running without shoes have been made for example more powerful feet muscle groups, a reduced amount of overuse injuries as well as a more organic lifestyle. Although there’s been some study comparing without trainers jogging to jogging with trainers, zero research has yet proven barefoot running to be any benefit.
