Many people know that skydiving is an extreme sport and have certain fears of giving it a try. As extreme at it may sound, there are safety measures involved.
It was in 1797 when Andres Jacques Farnerin who made the first successful landing using a parachute. He was focused on his goal to find a way how to save passengers should a plane encounter problems that can cause it to crash.
However in time, this invention found its way into the sports and hobbies and “skydiving” was born. People by nature have a fear for the unknown or something new.
There are people who considered skydiving as a dangerous activity and formed anti-skydiving groups that spread myths about skydiving until they were made aware of all the safety procedures and equipment needed that gave them the assurance that skydiving is a safe sport when proper safety measures are taken.
